The loading dock is located at 37 South Sixth Street. This area may be used for deliveries and pick-ups only. Loading docks accommodate any size trucks up to 53-foot semi / tractor-trailer.
A dockmaster is on duty from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to assist with deliveries. All deliveries are to be made via the loading dock and the freight elevator. Freight elevator service is provided from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM for tenant deliveries. Deliveries and use of the freight elevators after business hours may be arranged by contacting the Building Management Office.
